Excellent Service

Ryan serviced my boiler and he was fantastic. Great communication and very professional. My boiler was last serviced by a plumber who didn't service it according to the manufacturer's instructions (I know this because I had to have an engineer out from the manufacturer and they told me they could tell it hadn't been properly serviced). Ryan services as per manufacturer instructions (he asks to see the servicing booklet) which is great. It's nice to know he does the job properly, he gave me really good information and explained exactly what I'm getting for the service. Will use Ryan in future.
