Air Conditioning CASSETTE UNIT

A doctor’s surgery called us regarding their Air conditioning cassette unit in the patient waiting room. The existing LG unit was passed its sell by date, so we installed a new Fujitsu unit, leaving both the client and its patients happy & cool in the hot summer months and nice and warm in the winter months.

Full Property Renovation

Worcester Bosch 8000

This was a full property renovation. Our client asked us to fit a good reliable boiler to work with an unvented cylinder. We installed a Worcester Bosch 8000 system boiler complete with zone valves and Bosch filter. This boiler came with a Worcester Bosch 12-year parts and labour warranty.

Boiler Upgrade

Worcester Bosch 4000

A customer who’s 15-year-old Worcester Bosch 28i junior was showing signs of its age and asked for CoolHeat to replace it with the new Worcester Bosch 4000 with Bosch filter with a 10-year Bosch no quibble parts and labour warranty.

Another boiler installation carried out. Tenant has issues with the hot water and central heating. Due the 20 + years of age-old boiler it was not cost effective to repair so we fitted a Worcester Bosch 1000 boiler with 5 year warranty. A great option for landlords.
