To make access to your property as easy as possible, we offer family-friendly 4-hour appointment slots, with evening and weekend visits available. We’ll also call or text your tenant when we’re on the way.

Your digital certificate will be issued and emailed to you on the within 3 working days of the inspection. You’ll receive a full report of our findings, including any recommended remedial work, sent directly to you or your managing agent.

How often do I need a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)?

Are carbon monoxide alarms required in rental properties?

Yes. A working carbon monoxide alarm must be fitted in any room containing a solid fuel-burning appliance. We’ll check alarms during the inspection and can install a compliant one if it’s missing or out of date.
